• When purchasing tickets, the purchaser must:
  a) hold a valid MIRO membership, and
  b) has registered as a member in MIRROR SHOP and linked with MIRO membership, and
  c) has not purchased up to two tickets at the "MIRROR FEEL THE PASSION CONCERT TOUR 2024 · ASIA" Macau [May 17,18,19]
  
  
  

• Eligible MIRO can purchase tickets through the designated MIRROR SHOP website (the "Designated Website") from 11:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on April 15, 2024 (the "Ticket Purchase Period"). Use the MIRROR SHOP membership account linked to MIRO membership ("MIRROR SHOP Account") to purchase Macau (additional) tickets for the concert ("Concert Tickets"). Concert tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Concert tickets will be on sale as follows:
  a) If no tickets are successfully purchased on 2 & 15 April, 2024, you can purchase up to two concert tickets in this event.
  b) If you have successfully purchased one ticket on 2 & 15 April, 2024, you can purchase up to one concert ticket in this event.
  c) If you have successfully purchased two tickets on 2 & 15 April, 2024, you are not allowed to participate in this event.
  
  
  

• Seats for concert tickets are assigned by Sunny Side Up Limited and are allocated by random. Seats may be arranged in odd numbers or non-contiguous seats, and the audience’s view of a small number of seats may be partially blocked. Eligible persons must accept the assigned seat arrangement.
  
  
• All concert tickets sold are non-cancellable, refundable or exchangeable. Fees paid (including but not limited to ticket prices, booking fees, transaction fees and facility fees) are not refundable under any circumstances.
  
  
• E-tickets are expected to sent to the designated account on 6 - 8 May, 2024.
  
  
• MIRO should ensure that the information submitted is correct when purchasing tickets. MIRROR SHOP and MIRROR Official Fan Club will not assume any responsibility for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  
  
• This activity only includes concert tickets. MIRO in Hong Kong is required to arrange accommodation and air tickets on your own.
  
  
• The concert seating area/number obtained by MIRROR Official Fan Club is allocated by the concert organiser Sunny Side Up Limited, the concert tickets ordered at MIRROR Official Fan Club will vary according to different venues/events, etc.
  
  
• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians before participating in this event before participating in this event and the concert. By participating in this event, attendees are deemed to have obtained the prior consent of their parents or legal guardians to participate in this event and the concert. The age-approved category of the concert in the Macau Cultural Bureau is " Not suitable for audiences aged under 13."
  
  
• Each e-ticket can only be used by one person. Not suitable for audiences aged under 13. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above to enter the concert venue. All persons under the age of 18 will be refused entry to the concert venue and will not receive any compensation or refund.
  
  
• If any concert tickets are lost, defaced, damaged or stolen, the organiser and MIRROR SHOP will not reissue or replace the concert tickets and will not assume any responsibility. If refunds or other arrangements need to be made due to the delay or cancellation of the concert by the concert organiser, the organiser and MIRROR SHOP reserve the right to require qualified persons who have successfully purchased tickets to present relevant valid and complete original e- tickets, and reserves the right to refuse to make relevant arrangements for ticket holders who fail to meet the requirements.
